This league is designed to test complete fitness across the season while giving athletes flexibility, fairness, and a clear pathway to higher competition.
How the Season Works
The season is made up of 9 competitions across three carefully selected host gyms.
Each gym specialises in specific performance focus: Strength, Endurance or Metcon (HYROX-style) making every event consistent and purposeful.
All host gyms are located within a 20 minutes travel radius of the territory to keep competitions accessible.
Competition Structure
Each category will have 3 events throughout the league but you only need to attend 2 if you choose.
